Judgment
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents more particularly the action of the 4th respondent in not providing police protection to safeguard petitioners right and possession over the land in Sy.No. 742, 644, 629, 743 admeasuring an extent of Ac. 3-78 cents, 0-20 cents, 0-04 cents and Ac. 3.75 cents total an extent of Ac. 7-77 cents situated at Ward No. 3, Block No.12 Ongole Town, Prakasam District, in spite of a decree passed in petitioners favor in O.S.No 36 of 2020 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ongole and representation given by him to the respondents as highly illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 19 and 21 Constitution of respondents more particularly 4th respondent to provide police protection to safeguard petitioners possession over the land in Sy.No. 742, 644, 629, 743 admeasuring an extent of Ac. 3-78 cents, 0-20 cents, 0-04 cents and Ac. 3.75 cents total an extent of Ac. 7-77 cents situated at Ward No. 3, Block No.12 Ongole Town, Prakasam District

Heard Sri G.Yaswanth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that notice was served on respondent Nos.5 and 6 and returned for respondent Nos.7 and 8. Learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner herein filed a civil suit for permanent injunction in O.S.No.36 of 2020 which was decreed in his favour. Learned counsel prays for a direction to the police to look into their grievance. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders, since it is a civil matter. 2
In the light of the aforementioned premises, as the petitioner has filed a civil suit and got a decree in his favour, the respondents are directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
