GP FOR COOPERATION The Court made the following Order: This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the Respondent No.1 issuing G.O.Rt.No.451, dated
16.07.2021, by appointing 5th respondent as Chairperson of the 4th respondent-society, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of provisions of the APCS Act, 1964 and consequently, to set aside the impugned G.O., dated 16.07.2021 and direct 1st respondent to appoint the petitioner as Chairperson of 4th respondent. 2
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Ujwal Bharath, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
