Heard Sri Sudharsana Reddy.J, learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Sri K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of with a liberty to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court and move a regular bail application.

However, the petitioners are at liberty to surrender before the learned Jurisdictional Court concerned within a period of three (03) days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, and move an appropriate application before the learned Jurisdictional Court concerned.
