ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

.... a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent No.1 in interfering with petitioners land to an extent Ac. 1.13 cents situated in Sy.No.112-A2 of Mugathi village of Nandavaram Mandal, Adoni Revenue Division, Kurnool District without 2 there being any authority to interfere in civil dispute which is violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the respondent No.1 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of petitioners land to an extent Ac.1.13 cts situated in Sy.No.112-A2 of Mugathi village of Nandavaram Mandal, Adoni Revenue Division, Kurnool District.

Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the parties.

Sri B.Sarvotham Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit, a direction may be given to the Police not to interfere with the civil disputes between Petitioners and the Respondent No.5.
