Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has furnished a copy of Proceedings of the District Educational Officer, SPSR Nellore District vide R.C.No.5776/B2/2024, dated 04.01.2025 along with Promotion-Annexure, wherein at Sl.No.1 and Sl.No.4, petitioners herein are promoted. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed by the respondents No.1 and 4 and no further orders are required for adjudication in the present writ petition and hence the same may be closed.

#3. Learned Government Pleader for the respondents does not refute the said submission.
