Limitation Act — Section Schedule Article 64
Possession of immovable property based on title — 12 years from when the possession of the defendant becomes adverse
The Limitation Act, 1963 does not contain a "Section Schedule Article 64." However, Article 64 of the Schedule to the Limitation Act, 1963 states:
"For possession of immovable property based on title.— Twelve years from the date when the possession of the defendant becomes adverse to the plaintiff."
