Power to call for information regarding burning and burial grounds.—The Commissioner

389. Power to call for information regarding burning and burial grounds.—The Commissioner may, by notice in writing, require the owner or person in charge of any burning or burial ground to supply such information as may be specified in the notice concerning the condition, management, or position of such ground.
