Conditions of service of sweepers employed for doing house scavenging.—No sweeper,

388. Conditions of service of sweepers employed for doing house scavenging.—No sweeper, being employed for doing house scavenging of any building shall discontinue to do such house scavenging, without reasonable cause or without having given fourteen days notice to his employer.
