Power to make new public streets.—The Commissioner may at any time with the previous

301. Power to make new public streets.—The Commissioner may at any time with the previous

sanction of the Corporation:—

(a) lay out and make new public streets;

(b) construct bridges and sub-ways;

(c) turn or divert any existing public street; and

(d) lay down and determine the position and direction of a street or streets in any part of Delhi

notwithstanding that no proposal for the erection of any building in the vicinity has been received.
