Counsel submits that nothing, therefore, remains in the present application for interim relief. AP/374/2023 is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of prayer (a) which is that the settlement/compromise in terms of the agreements dated 25th 2 January, 2020 and 6th July, 2021 be recorded and the arbitration proceedings out of a third agreement dated 12th July, 2012 be superseded.
