Judgment
Ms. Sonali Bhar Mr. Karan Bapuli. …for the State. Records of the case reflects that the subject matter of challenge relates to the order dated 27.11.2020 which was passed by the learned Sessions Judge, South 24 Parganas in favour of accused/opposite party no.2. Report has been submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Bakultala Police Station which reflects that date has been fixed for consideration of charges after the charge-sheet was submitted. There are no complaints regarding the conduct of the accused/ opposite party no.2. Having regard to the same, at this belated stage, I am not inclined to interfere with the liberty of the accused/ opposite party no.2. Accordingly, CRM 10394 of 2020 is dismissed. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 2 Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
