We took note of a pending revisional application with regard to the police case by order dated February 24, 2025.
Criminal revisional application appeared in the list on February 27, 2025. 2
We considered both the criminal revisional application as well as the bail application and dictated an order in Court. While correcting the order, it appeared to us that, since the determination for the criminal revisional application was lying with the learned Single Judge, consideration thereof should be made by the appropriate Court.
In such circumstances, we directed the matter to appear in the list under the heading “To Be Mentioned”.
Learned Advocates for the petitioner for bail and the revisional application as well as for the State are present in Court.
Unanimous view of the Bar is that, the criminal revisional application should be considered by the appropriate Court.
In such circumstances, list the application for bail on March 5, 2025.
CRR 3921 of 2022 be listed before the appropriate Court.
