16.01.2023. Bibek Chaudhuri, J. Leave is granted to amend the cause title of the instant revision. The petitioner is the de facto complainant of GR Case No. 133/2020 under Section 406/420/506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the complainant that the notice under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was supplied to the accused persons but the Trial Court has not fixed any date for consideration of charge in the case. Under such circumstances, the learned 1st Judicial Magistrate at Barasat is directed to frame charge against accused within three weeks from the date of communication of the order and conclude the 2 trial of the case expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date of this order. With the above direction, the instant revision is disposed of. Parties are at liberty to act on the server copy of the order. Srimanta, A.R.(Ct.) Item No. 109. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.)
