Case at a glance
Provisions considered
- SARFAESI Act, 2002 s. 14
Judgment
None appears on behalf of both the parties, nor any accommodation being sought for. Challenging the action taken by the District Magistrate, Malda, under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, the present writ petition was preferred. Due to efficacious alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. In view thereof, writ petition being WPA 19668 of 2009 is dismissed. No order as to costs. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
