Judgment
Mr. Raju Mondal Mr. Sourav Mukherjee ….for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Mr. Santanu Deb Roy .… for the State Heard the learned Counsels for the parties. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier in March, 2023. There is no change the circumstances since then. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. (Ajay Kumar Gupta, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
