Judgment

Mr. Animesh Mookherjee, Md. Ali Ahasan ….for the Petitioners. Mr. Krishanu Banik …..for the Respondent No.9. Affidavit-of-service is taken on record. The allegations by the petitioners, of unauthorized construction, have been found to be incorrect. The respondent No.9 has produced a copy of the order passed by the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Pandua under Section 4C of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 indicating that Plot No.474 of mouza Namajgram has been converted from ‘Sali’ to ‘bastu’. Further, a plan has been produced before this Court in original, indicating that the Kashir Kundi Namaj Gram Niala Gram Panchayat, District-Hooghly had permitted the construction and had sanctioned the plan sometime in February, 2020. Under such circumstances, nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition. The writ petition is, thus, disposed of. 2 There shall be no order as to costs. Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
