12.11.2021 under Sections 417/376/406/354/323/509/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas.
Accordingly, Mr. Bitasok Banerjee, an empanelled lawyer of the State of West Bengal present in court is appointed to represent the State in this case. Let his appointment be regularized.
It appears that the proceeding in connection with A.C.G.R.
