Leave is granted to the learned Advocate for the petitioner to correct the cause-title of the application. Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh after conclusion of evidence of the victim boy. In view of the above, the application for bail being CRM(M) 506 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. Trial court is directed to expedite the examination of the victim boy. 2 Prosecution shall take necessary steps for examination of the victim boy before the trial court.
