Judgment
Mr. Kalidas Saha, Ms. Khushi Mollick, Mr. Pikesh Kumar Chauhan Ms. Koel Mukherjee ... Petitioner. ... For the Petitioner. ... For the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused persons who have been granted bail on 03.08.2026 in CRM(M) 1008 of 2026. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for bail, but is unable to refute the contentions of the petitioner that the present petitioner is not similarly placed as the other accused who has been granted bail in CRM(M) 1008 of 2026. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused persons who have been granted bail on 03.08.2026 in CRM(M) 1008 of 2026, I am of the opinion that the present petitioner viz., Jahirul Ali be released on bail by the learned Trial Court on the same 2 terms and conditions as the other accused persons who have been granted bail in CRM(M) 1008 of 2026. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. The application for bail, being CRM (M) 1145 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
