Judgment
Mr. Avik Ghatak, …for the petitioner. Mr. P.K. Datta, Ld. APP, Mr. Santanu Deb Roy, …for the State. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there are orders passed in between, I find that the subject matter of the order which is before this Court is of the order of 2022 and substantial time has passed. In case there are supervening circumstances, the petitioner would bring the same to the notice of the jurisdictional Court seeking appropriate relief. Accordingly, CRM (DB) 1653 of 2023 is disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent Photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
