Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer :- "To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 – Principal, U.P. Sports College, Kursi Road, Lucknow to make payment of Rs.2,02,389/- to each petitioner in pursuance of award dated 22.09.2021 passed by Presiding Officer, Labour Court, U.P. Lucknow in Adjudication Dispute Case no.65 of 2000 forthwith. " Shri Ashutosh Shahi, Advocate has filed his power on behalf of respondent no.3. He has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition. He says that notice in an application under Section 6 (N) of the U.P. Industrial Disputes Act is pending before the Labour Court and simultaneously this writ petition has been filed. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to pursue their remedy under Section 6 (N) of the U.P.
