This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part respondents deciding representations dated 18.02.2025 and 06.10.2025 filed by the petitioner for claim of compensation of Rs. 5,00,000/- under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising his grievances the petitioner has filed the aforesaid representation before the respondent authority, however the same has not yet been decided.

Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the Respondent No. 2 /District Magistrate, Ayodhya should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Respondent No. 2 /District Magistrate, Ayodhya is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a 2 WRIC No. 10920 of 2025 period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
