Judgment
Heard Ms. Ananya, Advocate holding brief of Sri Rizwanul Haque Ansari, the learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Virendra Kumar, the learned A.G.A-I appearing on behalf of the State and perused the records.
The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on in Case Crime No.207 of 2023, under Sections anticipatory bail 323/504/506/34/325/308 I.P.C. registered at Police Station- Chanda, District- Sultanpur.
After arguing the matter at some length, the learned counsel for the applicant states that she does not want to press the application and she restricted her prayer for giving her an opportunity to file an application for bail.
