By means of this revision alongwith an application seeking condonation of delay, the revisionist-Ashfaque Ali, has impeached the order dated
06.05.2025 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Bahraich (in short 'Family Court') in Case No. 589/11/2017 (Smt. Sufiya Begam and another Versus Ashfaque Ali), under Section 124 Cr.P.C.
The Operative portion of order dated 06.05.2025 reads as under:- "्ऺाथर्ना-प्ऴ अन्तगर्त धारा-125 दं०्ऺ०सं० आँिशक रूप से स्वीकार िकया जाता है। िवप्षी को आदेिशत िकया जाता है िक वह ्ऺाथर्ना-प्ऴ के ्ऺस्तुतीकरण की ितिथ से आवेिदका सं0-1 को मु० 3000/-(तीन हजार रूपये) ्ऺितमाह भरण पोषण तथा आवेिदका सं0-2 को 2000/- (दो हजार रूपये) उसके वयस्क होने की ितिथ तक ्ऺितमाह भरण पोषण अदा करे। भरणपोषण की धनरािश का भुगतान ्ऺत्येक माह के 07 तारीख को देय होगी। ्ऺस्तुत ्ऺकरण में आवेिदकागण ्षारा मु०सं०- 2 CRLRD No. 443 of 2025 589/11/2017, ्शीमती सूिफया आिद बनाम अशफाक अली। अन्तिरम भरण पोषण के रूप में ्ऺाप्त की गई धनरािश भरण पोषण की धनरािश में समायोिजत होगी। प्ऴावली दािखल दफ्तर हो।"
At the very outset, learned Counsel for the revisionist states that the present application seeking condonation of delay alongwith the revision, be dismissed as not press, as the parties have settled their dispute amicably.
