Judgment

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties.

Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging order dated 14.06.2025 whereby petitioner currently employed as a Computer Operator Grade-B has been transferred from District Raebareli to District Mahoba.

It is submitted that impugned order is against the directions issued dated 20.03.2025 as well as 01.03.2021 inasmuch as the options required to be submitted by petitioner has not been considered by opposite parties. It is submitted that petitioner's father is also undergoing medical treatment in Lucknow due to which his transfer to a nearby place was required to be considered sympathetically.

Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Additional Director General of Police, Technical Services Headquarters U.P., Lucknow. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided by authority concerned expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from receipt of representation of petitioner along with a certified copy of this order.
