Judgment

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties.

Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed challenging orders dated 14.06.2025 and 15.06.2025 whereby petitioners have been transferred from their current places of posting.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners 1 & 3 have aged parents who are undergoing treatment in their current place of posting whereas petitioners 2 and 5 are seeking couple postings in terms of Government Order dated 06.05.2025 while petitioners 4 and 6 have been posted far away from their respective home districts.

It is submitted that after passing of aforesaid orders, at least four persons have been retained at their present places of posting.

Learned State Counsel has refuted the submissions advanced by learned counsel for petitioner with submission that impugned orders are not transfer orders and are in fact orders pertaining to posting after promotion of petitioners.

Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh individual representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Agricultural Statistics and Crop Insurance Krishi Bhawan U.P., Lucknow. In case such individual representation is filed, the same is required to be decided by authority concerned expeditiously by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from receipt of representation of petitioner along with a certified copy of this order.
