Heard Shri Vishnu Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Shikhar Anand, learned counsel for the opposite parties. We have perused the impugned order as also the interlocutory order dated 22.10.2024 passed in proceedings before the U.P. Information Commission and the response of the PIO dated 11.12.2024 by which he as stated, provided all the information. We have also perused Section 9 of the Societies Registration Act, 1960 which contains a provision under which the certified copies of the documents demanded at point 5 of the application under the Right to Information Act can be applied. We see no reason to interfere with the impugned order, as, we do not find any error therein. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. . Order Date :- 30.7.2025 R.K.P. (Jaspreet Singh,J.)
