Judgment
Ms. Akansha Dubey, Additional C.S.C. has instructions that District Consumer Redressal Forum, Pratapgarh has passed an interim order on 18.06.2025 that the financier shall not alienate the vehicle financed by it. Petitioner's counsel says that vehicle was purchased by the petitioner in an auction held by the financier on 22.02.2025 i.e. prior to the interim order, but, the fact of the matter is before registration of the vehicle, this order has come to the notice of R.T.O., Pratapgarh, therefore, he cannot be faulted for not registering the vehicle. The remedy, if any, for the petitioner is elsewhere and not under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
