Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State and perused the records.
Present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in FIR No.643 of 2020, under Section 363, 366, 376, 120B IPC, Police Station Kotwali City, District Pratapgarh.
The applicant was enlarged on interim anticipatory bail on 03.06.2025. There is no material on record to demonstrate that the applicant has misused the said liberty.
In view thereof, order dated 03.06.2025 is made absolute.
The applicant namely Ram Abhilakh Rajaram Patel @ Ram Abhilash Patel is released on anticipatory bail till conclusion of trial on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 03.06.2025.
