Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1. To issue an order, or direction in the exercise of its supervisory jurisdiction, directing the District Judge (Presiding Office), Motor Accident and Claims Tribunal, North, Lucknow i.e. the Respondent no. 1 to adjudicate and decide the Claim Petition filed under section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 pending before it in Claim Petition No. 256 of 2020 (Titled as: Smt. Alka Saxena & Others. v. Mohd. Anees & Ors.) in a time bound manner, as expeditiously as possible; "

Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the Tribunal to consider and decide the abovesaid claim petition in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
