Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The present petition has been filed for the following relief: " a. issue order or direction to the opposite party no.1 i.e. Civil Judge (S.D.) Barabanki to decide the Civil Suit No.564/2024, titled as Ajaj Khan V/s Shahjad and others as well as Application under Order 39 Rule 1 CPC within stipulated period pending before opposite party no.1, in the interest of justice. "

Considering the fact that the injunction application filed by the petitioner and said to be pending, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the injunction application with all expedition, preferably within six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
