The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the learned Gram Nayayalaya Tehsil Sandila District - Hardoi to decide the application under order 39 rule 1 and 2 read with section 151 C.P.C. pending in the R.S. No. 721/2022, Darshan vs. Tilak and others, expeditiously within the stipulated time as provided by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice"

Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
