The present petition has been filed with the following main relief: "A. A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the Application under order 39 rule 1 and 2 read with section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure in Regular Suit No. 643 of 2025 in re Guddu versus Rakesh Kumar & others, within such stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court may prescribe; "

Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid application with all expedition, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
