Heard learned counsel for applicants. Notice to opposite parties stand dispensed with. Application under Section 24 CPC has been filed seeking transfer of claim No.138 of 2016 from the court of Additional District Judge, Lucknow to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, District Lucknow. It is evident that transfer of case is being sought intra district, such an application under Section 24 CPC is maintainable before the District Judge concerned. In view thereof, liberty is granted to the applicants to file an appropriate application under Section 24 CPC before the District Judge concerned which may be considered and decided expeditiously.
