Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No. 1, Gonda to decide the application under Section 151 CPC (Annexure No. 1) in Regular Suit No. 1016/2024, "Rameshwari Devi Vs. Rudra Narayan Singh and others" pending before him expeditiously preferably within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.'"
Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
