Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri P.K. Srivastava, learned A.C.S.C. for the State-respondents.

At the very outset, learned A.C.S.C. submitted that petitioner is having remedy to approach competent court under the provisions of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, therefore, petition may be dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.

Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact.
