Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Pass an order to direct the Civil Judge (Senior Division) court no-17, Prayagraj, to decide the interim injunction application (6c) as well as original Suit no-105/2021 Sailesh Kumar Srivastava and another Vs Jagdish Prasad, within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble court"
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned application 6C is pending consideration since 2021 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously.
Since the above-mentioned application is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending.
