Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Pass an Order, directing the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), City, District Jaunpur to decide the Misc. Case No. 157 of 2025 [Poonam Vs. Bambai and Others] under Order XXXIX, Rule 2A of C.P.C. pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), City, District Jaunpur within a stipulated period of time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court; "
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above-mentioned case is pending consideration since 2025, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously.
Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending.
