Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 31.5.2025 passed by the Additional District Judge/F.T.C.- IInd, Deoria, rejecting the application filed by the petitioners under Section 8 of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 and has refused the permission to the petitioners to sale the property in dispute.
It has been contended by learned Standing Counsel that order impugned is appealable under Section 8(5)(c) of the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956.
In view of availability of alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter.
