Judgment
Heard Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Upendra Nath, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State- respondents and Mr. Rameshwar Prasad Shukla, learned counsel for the respondent- Gaon Sabha.
The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: " issue a writ, order or direction on the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the Hon'ble Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj, through its Member (respondent no.2) to decide the Revision bearing Case No.REV/ 3186 / 2022, Computerized Case No.AL20221506003186 (Ram Avadh vs. Harihar and others), under Section 333 of U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 pending before the Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. "
