Sri S.M. Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for dismissal of the writ petition as not pressed.

Learned Standing Counsel has placed on record the instructions received from the respondents, according to which the subject land is Government land and FIR No.325 dated 26.8.2025 has been registered against the petitioners, on the basis of complaint made by Revenue Department. It is also stated that a notice under the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 has been issued against the petitioners.
