Judgment
#1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
#2. This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "Issue an order or direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Agra to decide the Original Suit no.661 of 2014 (Ashok Kumar Vs. Satish and others) within stipulated period."
#3. From the perusal of order annexed at page no. 12 of the writ petition, it is apparent that earlier also a petition being Matters under Article 227 No. 9357 of 2023 (Ashok Kumar v. Satish and 2 others) was filed by the petitioner for the same relief which was disposed of by order dated 19.09.2023.
#4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Rules of the High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition for the same relief, is not maintainable.
