Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "issue suitable order or direction commanding the Civil Judge (J.D) Ghaziabad to ग 2 (under order 39 rule 1 r/w section 151 CPC) decide the injunction application 6 dated 23.04.2025 filed in Original Suit No. 249 of 2025 (Braham Pal & Another Vs Akram Ali & Another) filed by petitioners within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. "
Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that an application for interim injunction (6C2 application) is pending consideration and the same has not been decided despite several dates have been fixed. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously.
In view of above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending.
