Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite party. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.7.2025, learned Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite party has produced the instruction dated 1.7.2025 alongwith three members committee report, which is taken on record. On the basis of report as well as instruction, he submits that present dispute relates to civil in nature and for the very same, Case No.878 of 2021 is pending before the District Court. Apart from that applicant has also approached the Civil Judge (J.D.), Chanpur under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., by filing Case No. 2319 of 2022, which was rejected, therefore, under such facts and circumstances, no case for contempt is made out.
