Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed against the order dated 21.05.2025 passed by Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/Court No. 5, Prayagraj by which the application for temporary injunction filed by the petitioner has been rejected.
Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing appeal under Order 43 Rule 1(r) of C.P.C. against the order impugned.
Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under law.
