Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 3.5.2025 by which application filed by the plaintiff for interim injunction has been rejected and the application filed by the defendant i.e. paper No.37 Ga was allowed granting temporary injunction in favour of the defendant.
Against the order impugned, petitioner has a remedy of filing an appeal under Order 43 Rule 1(r) CPC.
In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter.
