Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the first information report dated 20.02.2025 registered as Case Crime no. 46 of 2025 under sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 324(2), 316(2) B.N.S.S., 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v) (a) Scheduled Castes And Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), 1989 (Amendment Act, 2015) Police Station- Jaitpura, District- Varanasi , need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge- sheet on 31.03.2025. The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge.
