The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to quash the order dated 7.3.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 14, Agra in Criminal Revision No. 993 of 2024, whereby the revisional court set aside the order dated 18.10.2024 passed by Executive Magistrate/Police Commissioner, Agra in proceedings under Section 165(1) of B.N.S.S. (Section 146(1), Cr.P.C.). After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
