Heard Sri Kamlesh Singh, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri P.P.Tiwari, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The applicant has filed a copy of the compromise deed attached to his supplementary affidavit which is taken on record. Report dated 03.07.2023 of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra, regarding verification of compromise deed has been received, which is also taken on record. 3. The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the entire criminal proceedings of Criminal Case No. 754 of 2013 (State Vs Smt. Lalita and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 341 of 2013 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Sikandra, District Agra, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Agra in view of the compromise made in between the parties dated 17.01.2023. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant no. 1, Smt. Lalita, and opposite party no. 2, Hariom, are husband and wife. An F.I.R. was registered u/s 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC by one Hariom against seven named accused persons. After the investigation, parties have come to terms and in this regard a compromise deed was jotted down between the parties on 17.01.2023, annexed as Annexure-5 to the application. 5. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the parties have come to terms and have buried their differences and disputes. Learned counsel for the applicants has drawn my attention to the compromise, whereupon both the contesting parties have made their signatures and it was stated that they have entered into compromise and have sorted out their differences and disputes. It was also prayed by way of compromise that the impugned proceeding against the applicants may be quashed in the light of compromise. 6.
