The basic relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is to direct the court below i.e. ADJ/Special Judge (D.A.A.) Mainpuri to decide the Civil Appeal No.16 of 2017 (Smt. Sushila Devi vs. Lajja Ram) and Civil Appeal No.17 of 2017 (Smt. Sushila Devi Vs. Vidya Sagar and others) expeditiously. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid appeals strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously unless there is no legal impediment.
